Information and purposes
Vyrlo LLC uses account/authentication information, business plans, files, contacts, inquiries, support, compliance attestations, review evidence and technical activity to provide and protect BoDe. Stripe receives payment details; BoDe stores billing identifiers/status, not full card numbers. Versioned consent receipts record the account or inquiry, policy text/hash, language, timestamp and requested action.
AI chat and document reviews
Sending a chat transmits your messages, bounded conversation history and selected project context to OpenAI. Context may include planning notes, tasks, business goals, financial assumptions and aggregate ledger/contact/inquiry information. Dedicated contact details and attachments are excluded from ordinary chat, but free text may still contain personal information. Document reviews send the files you explicitly select and relevant context; results are saved privately. Chat history is held in the active application session. API response storage is disabled; provider security/abuse retention may still apply.
Images and public information
Profile images are resized, stripped of embedded metadata and sent to OpenAI for content screening. Approved images are stored. Business pages and directory entries are public only when published and allowed by review controls. Never include private evidence in public descriptions. Inquiry information is shared with the named independent business for a response; that permission does not authorize marketing. The business is responsible for its subsequent use and its own privacy obligations.
Providers and access
Supabase provides authentication, database and private storage; Vercel hosts and measures technical traffic/performance; Resend delivers account emails; OpenAI processes requested AI/image checks; Stripe handles payments. Authorized personnel may access information for support, security, compliance review or legal obligations. Data may be processed in the United States and provider locations. Investor connections and KONEKU sharing remain unavailable until their release review is completed; no private file is automatically shared by publishing a business.
Retention, deletion and choices
Workspace data is retained while needed for the service. You can export and delete individual businesses/files; remove public profiles separately. Use Report → Privacy or email to request access, correction, account deletion or an appeal without a paid subscription. We verify identity proportionately. Billing cancellation is separate from data deletion. Consent, billing, review and incident evidence may be retained for obligations or disputes under a documented retention schedule and legal holds, with restricted access. Daily operational backups have a seven-day window; provider backups may differ. Deleted data is not reused to restore public content without review.
Storage, security and contact
Essential cookies maintain sessions. Browser storage holds preferences, selected business and recoverable drafts. No service guarantees absolute security. Do not send prohibited sensitive records. BoDe accounts are for eligible adults aged 21 or older; it is not directed to children. Contact vyrlo.tech@vyrlo.tech for rights or security concerns. Applicable privacy rights depend on jurisdiction and legal coverage; you may contact your regulator. Material changes will be versioned and notified where required.
