Service and eligibility
Vyrlo LLC operates BoDe as business-planning software and an inquiry host. You must be at least 21, have legal capacity to contract, and have authority to represent your organization. This is a platform eligibility rule; it does not describe the age of majority in every jurisdiction. Contact support if you need help with eligibility.
Independent businesses
Each owner controls and is responsible for their products, services, staff, qualifications, permits, taxes, insurance, safety, delivery, warranties, refunds, customer contracts and lawful advertising. Owners must maintain required authorizations, obtain rights to publish content and promptly report recalls, loss of licensing or material safety issues. You cannot bind Vyrlo LLC or represent BoDe as your partner, employer, agent, insurer or regulator.
Publication and review
Private planning does not authorize operation. Public pages require an owner attestation and a review of the exact submitted content and business details. Review is limited to the recorded scope; it is not certification, due diligence or an endorsement. Changed content or expired evidence requires another review. We may hide or restrict material to address safety, abuse or legal obligations. You may request reasons or appeal through Report or Support.
Plans and recurring payments
Creator Pro costs USD $19/month or $190/year for up to 3 businesses; Premium costs $39.99/month or $400/year for unlimited businesses. AI/storage allowances are shared per account. An eligible new subscriber has one seven-day trial with a payment method. Annual charges are upfront. Confirm the exact plan, interval, trial status, price and applicable taxes at checkout. Recurring billing requires separate affirmative consent. Creating an account does not authorize payment.
Cancellation and billing rights
Cancel online from Account → Manage or cancel subscription before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period. If account access fails, contact vyrlo.tech@vyrlo.tech for cancellation help. Deleting a business does not cancel billing. Contact us for errors or refunds; mandatory rights remain available. Material fee changes and required renewal reminders must be communicated before they apply. Existing businesses remain after a downgrade, but creation above the plan limit is restricted.
AI, estimates and investment boundaries
AI can be wrong. Review facts, assumptions, calculations and sources before use. BoDe does not provide professional legal, tax, medical or investment advice, verify qualifications or guarantee sales, profit, permits or funding. Business discovery is not a securities offering or recommendation. Investment solicitation, negotiation, custody, transaction fees and regulated investment activity are not supported without a separately approved arrangement.
Content and sensitive information
You retain your rights and grant the limited permission to store, process and display content needed to provide the service and perform your requested actions. Submit only information you may lawfully share. Do not upload patient records, payment-card details, passwords, government identity documents or unnecessary sensitive third-party data. BoDe is not a medical-record service. Back up important files and use the documented export tools.
Claims and responsibility
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations under applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. No provision waives liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Owner responsibility does not excuse BoDe’s own conduct. We may seek recovery for proven losses caused by your unlawful conduct or breach through remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not impose an automatic duty to defend BoDe or reimburse its own fault.
Disputes, updates and contact
Contact vyrlo.tech@vyrlo.tech for help, privacy requests or disputes. Informal resolution is optional and does not delay any right or deadline. Applicable Puerto Rico and United States law governs subject to mandatory protections and competent regulator/court jurisdiction. Material changes receive a new version and required notice/acceptance; they do not retroactively rewrite prior consent. Nothing restricts honest reviews, regulator complaints or legally available claims.
